LA TRINIDAD, Benguet -- After several years of negotiations, Benguet State University (BSU) and the Department of Education – Cordillera Administrative Region (DepEd CAR) finally signed a Memorandum of Agreement turning over to DepEd’s management the non-laboratory high schools in BSU-Bokod and BSU-Buguias campuses last April 18.
